Paid parking Downtown is going to have the same negative impact as paid parking on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles (if you can’t park then you won’t shop or dine!)

Thank you for touching base on a lot of information (hard to believe the Mirage is going to disappear, which is why I wonder so much effort is being put into bringing anything new to the Mirage – shouldn’t that wait until after Hard Rock takes over?)

The stripper laws-don’t understand the shoe thing but one foot on the floor may discourage customers from getting grabby. Or is that the idea?
