I’m late to this party, and I won’t just lob punches for the sake of being a jerk. I have my fave podcasts. We all have different preferences. It’s a weird world, and god bless those who find something they like, even if I find it to be a waste of time. I will simply say that while all podcasts are not equal, and some appeal to me more than others for no scientific reason, listening to a podcaster with an inflated sense of ego and importance, (who are quick to be dismissive, or worse, to those who don’t share the same viewpoint or bow down at the host’s altar, ) is quite low on my priority list. I won’t list reasons why I dislike any particular podcast, (although I could list about 500 reasons why one podcast is lackluster and appeals only to an odd nerd cult,) I will note that the host of the Vital Vegas podcast does a good job of balancing his success with regular doses of humility.
